This June, 21 members of the Notary Training Hub community reached a major milestone -earning 25 professional certifications across our three signature programs. Each of these credentials represents specialized training that goes well beyond a basic notary commission, equipping graduates to offer higher-value services and build stronger, more profitable businesses. Please join us in celebrating our newest certified professionals, and read on to learn a little about what each program prepares them to do.
Apostille work is one of the fastest-growing niches in the notary profession. The CASF® program trains notaries to guide clients through the apostille process - the additional layer of authentication required when U.S. documents such as birth certificates, diplomas, powers of attorney, and business filings need to be legally recognized in another country.
Graduates learn how to prepare and route documents through the Secretary of State, avoid the common errors that get filings rejected, and deliver a premium, in-demand service to clients with international needs.
Congratulations to our newest apostille facilitators:

The CNEPP® certification prepares notaries to become trusted partners in the estate planning process. Graduates learn to work alongside families and attorneys to properly notarize wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and advance healthcare directives - often meeting clients in their homes, hospitals, or care facilities. It is meaningful, relationship-driven work that helps families protect their wishes and their legacy, while opening a higher-value service line for the notary.
